Ingredients :
- Chicken Marinate
- Chicken Leg Boneless (200gm)
- Ginger & Garlic Paste (10gm)
- Soya Sauce (5ml)
- Chilli Oil (3ml)
- Salt as per Taste
- Aromat Powder (5gm)
- White/ Black Pepper (4gm)
- Maida (15gm)
- Corn Flour (30gm)
Measured Water
Sauce Making
- Refine Oil (25ml)
- Garlic Chopped (5gm)
- Ginger Chopped(4gm)
- Green Chilli 1/2
- Capsicum (30gm)
- Onion (30gm)
- Chilli Paste (20gm)
- Tomato Ketchup (40gm)
- Dark Soya Sauce (7ml)
- Light Soya Sauce (5ml)
- Salt as per Taste
- Aromat Powder (8gm)
- White Pepper (4gm)
- Black Pepper (3gm)
Worm Water
Garnish for chopped spring onion
Preparation
Step 1 -
You neet to (200gm) Chicken leg boneless. Then you have to pieces the chicken small size (20-22gm).
Step 2 -
Then you need to pour the chicken into a bowl to martinet.
Now you have to follow the above mentioned ingredients for Chicken Marinade and pour the spices mentioned there on upper of the chicken.Then mix the chicken meat well with spices.Then you have to cover the mixed chicken well and keep it for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 -
After 30 minutes, Now heat oil in a pan and keep the gas on medium heat time we will fry the marination chicken pieces one by one in slow flame.
Step 4 -
Then when the chicken is fried well, take it out and put it in a strainer to drain all the oil from the chicken.
Step 5 -
Now we have to make the sauce.
For that we have to go back to where it says sauce making recipe above.
Now take a pan and pour oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and ginger as per measure.Now stir till it turns brown.
Step 6 -
After that add onion and capsicum then add chilli paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, salt,pepper,aromat powder,measured hot water must be poured.
Step 7 -
By the way, now our sauce is ready, now we will add the fried chicken and mix well with the sauce....
Step 8 -
Now our chili chicken is ready now you can serve or eat.
